Great Slapping action so far --- 4,000,000 shares at 0.0002! ACTL is actually the Cheapest 0.0001-Bottom stock in terms of ridiculous low MV!

The peer LEAS has the Larger OS count (752M shares) and it just soared 94-Bagger to 0.0094 most recently from the Same Bottom 0.0001 v.s. ACTL has the Smaller FIXED Tiny OS count (699M shares) at mere 0.0002 now!

Thus this hidden gem is Hyper Undervalued! It is also Hyper Oversold since its recent high 0.0012!

Why be "scared" to hold the Best-Forever 0.0001-Bottom stock like ACTL? It is the Cheapest among over 1,000 of its peers! Easy to hit 0.022 again with some Good News like "Reinstatement" or "Custodianship-Taking-Over" etc...

My buying order sitting at 0.0001 was never filled so far though some weak hands dumped a lots of shares at 0.0001!

ACTL should bounce back to its most recent high 0.0003 again as soon as next month!
