It's definitely been looking like a scam for a long time. I think they just believed in their own insane ideas. In my opinion, Carl definitely took advantage of investor funds and I don't have a clue what Schewe is thinking? Anyways, they could stay in limbo for years if they don't have much dept. The SEC requires no reporting from pink sheet companies. The only probable reason they filed SEC reports over the years was to sucker investors. No reports, including 10-Q, are required by the SEC from pink sheet companies so don't plan on any of the Viaspace crew getting into trouble. It would be nice to see someone accountable for this mess but trust me, they have it all figured out the same way everyone in Washington does.
