It's a PRED problem. PREDs shady recent history with insider manipulation and stock promotion gives it a stigma that nobody wants to deal with. Also, PREDs CEO, Bradley owns 42 million shares and is looking to dump everything. He also has ties to the promotion that was going on in June as the stock skyrocked at false levels.
To add fuel to the delisting fire, he was posting false photos and spreading lies about having deals done overseas to manipulate the stock price. Him as well as another person named "Thomas" have blatantly tried numerous times to pump the stock wether it be through HOF NFL players, paid promotions, fake photos, staged photos, etc. All things considered one thing is for sure -- The management is garbage and the stock is fading and on the fast track to ZERO. Company is a dumpster fire with the fire getting bigger and bigger.
