Unfortunately, I do not know. My best guess is Waterplus Trinktechnik. We will not know until Thursday. Even though international deals are looked at by the SEC extremely hard and for national security reasons, I do not trust the SEC to do the right thing. If it is fake, this company should be shut down. The SEC does not have the guts. They rather let shareholders get screwed than cause more paperwork.
