You already know that Costello has committed securities fraud when he fabricated his education in a 8-K.

Costello certainly didn't inform shareholders about his past financial problems.

The facts clearly show that Costello can't be trusted to provide truthful information.

So fraud is not a opinion it is a fact.

There still isn't any proof that Costello owns a weed bank with deposits of $500 million - or manages a billion dollar hedge fund - in fact we know that is fraudulent information.
