So investors essentially paid these clowns millions for that patents, that they bought for 67k.

Later, the scammer gave the patents away to NOX Pharma. Another one of their shell companies. For 0.00$$, yes, no monies exchanged. They just reassigned it. Why would they do that? What value does that add? 100% loss to existing shareholders.
This information along with a lot of others, is why they will never get real funding. It's a money funneling scam.
