You own shares in a debt ridden Delaware shell that has no board or officers . Much like a bank depositing a check in an account without the owner endorsing it. Nobody can just walk in and take control of a corporation . Pwc was put in charge of the liquidation of the company by the board of directors before they all resigned. Now pwc is resigning a cant put anybody in charge without a plan submitted to the court in Delaware. That document hardly looks like a plan .
