I’ve been in RMs where the incoming company incorporates their business in with the current entity/business, ones that come in to an empty shell, ones that come in to a BK ticker where the BK is totally taken out of the picture and the new incoming company has the trading vehicle and also ones that come in, take over and reap the huge NOLs. It’s all about what’s coming in, not leaving. It’s funny how folks are so worried about the entity that has really no bearing here anymore as we will find out this week.

The lies that were spread on many social media avenues were a joke, even more funny is the claim of this being promoted, I can’t find that anywhere. All I see is a valid SEC 8K that’s telling everyone what’s finally coming, that’s when all the action picked it.

If there was debt being cleared it surely was let loose the past 2 trading sessions with almost $1 million in $ volume on top of the scare tactics Friday. It was (and still is) easy to see how this was heavily shorted Friday afternoon as well. Hell even if the OS is 100m after this week the L4L entity is valued at $900,000 here at $0.009, they most likely are doing that in a few months worth of sales. Shipment figures are staggering, business is booming, we are about to have a mini SHOO in the making imo.

I’m guessing a few 9s go Monday AM and once the 1s are up it’s heading straight back to multiple pennies, if they PR Monday AM forget the sub 1s.

It’s pretty straightforward here, I made some calls, can read filings, ignore the minutiae and know where this is headed. Hopefully once you get the answers you’re looking for you can add as well, hopefully not too much higher.
