PURA is headed much lower. If you notice--PURA announces what they PLAN to do. This last PR is another BS press release. They are desperate to feet the "news mill" to maintain the trading volume so the insiders can continue to sell.
How do you think PURA's management gets paid when they are not making any money? RIGHT--they get paid in stock--paper--that they have to sell into the market to pay the mortgage.
The unstated fact is that people who play in stocks like PURA are those that want to buy into the story--a story--in the hopes that the story and news flow will attract a "greater fool" to buy their stock from them at a HIGHER price.
But, fundamentally, PURA is a bankrupt company with a wealth of BS news to keep people playing.
