Well, yesterday total 4M shares bid at 0.0001 but no any sale at all v.s. over 82M shares asks at 0.0002 which was increased from 78M+ shares!

I'm very curious why so many sellers bother to place their shares to sell at 0.0002 (which is almost 100% impossible) while ACTL is almost "No Bid at all" now and its current price is almost ZERO --- 0.000001?

Without Tens Of Millions shares at the bid support how could one be able to sell any shares at the ask (unless some good news or positive event kicks in)?

Wow, ACTL is Up 200-Bagger or 19900% today! Great close at daily high 0.0002 since 09/26/2019!

The peer LEAS has the Larger OS count (752M shares) and it just soared 94-Bagger to 0.0094 most recently from the Same Bottom 0.0001 v.s. ACTL has the Smaller FIXED Tiny OS count (699M shares) at mere 0.0002 now!

Thus this hidden gem is Hyper Undervalued! It is also Hyper Oversold since its recent high 0.0012!
