Restructuring failed, there were no bids whatsoever for the whole company. That’s why it was liquidated.
Highly recommend spending a little time reading the monitor’s reports, court motions, and judges’ orders, all of which are available on the monitor’s website. They’re a great read for the first time ever and will clear up this confusion about the company status. It’s dead.
