I'm wondering why Millions shares dumped at 0.0001 ~ 0.0005 before besides Millions shares dumped at 0.0006 ~ 0.0010 most recently?

I bet the current OS is very close to 200M shares and the current float is about 80M shares based on over Ten Millions (i.e. 10M) shares dumped at 0.0001 ~ 0.0010 so far!

Who ever pushed EMDF up to $0.1 a few years back and who pushed EMDF up to $0.01 most recently? Why? Why it crashed back to $0.0006 after it just created a New 52-week-high $0.01?
