Yes they did . But at least all their money went right back into the local economy building the sludge plant . So it was more like a local investment . And locals are still working there and paying taxes. And unlike the debt ridden Delaware shell LCY will make it work with no government handouts .
But that government lose is just another reason why the debt ridden shell will never be welcome back in Canada.

Why don’t you ask the fund manager that recommended the stock when it was on the nasdaq. I’ve had many conversations with him about this company. It’s 5c now. Technically there seems to be a play here. That’s why Own it. I don’t give a shit about the story!
