because that's what successful companies do. They buy shells, merge into them and have to file bankruptcy first thing. Makes sense right?

RBNW and Lust for life are two different companies. RBNW is bankrupt yes we know but the shell has been sold to Lust for life , that is why we have an 8k for the shell because lust for life bought it,they are bring their company into the shell. The bankruptcy has nothing to do with Lust for life. Name and ticker change on the way.
