The bigger, previous spikes were before people started catching on the their fluff PR releases and last year they only release these fluff PR’s every couple of weeks like normal companies. Now they release them daily and many times the PR has the wrong date on it. Kind of hard not to think they are pre writing them. I’ve watched this stock decline from .24 in about two and a half years with nothing but dilution, dividend scams, and all sorts of lies from management.
