Nothing has been filed to lead one to the conclusion that he has been issued all of those shares yet.

We do know he has his preferred shares though. So 1,000,000,000 shares which would be issued to Mr. Remillard upon conversion of his Series A Preferred Stock and the 40,424,832 restricted award shares have been recorded.

The 1.3 billion shares that surround the acquisition of Myriad and Data443 are still open I would assume. We shall see if Jason ends up allocating those shares to himself when this changes to ATDS. Should find out by the end of November.
