Thanks for all that info KOAN. I value your DD bigly.
I agree with everything and believe there is great potential here.

However, I do not trust these huge corporations and doubt their desire to help penny stock investors to become millionaires. I believe they will do the absolute minimum required to achieve their goals.

KKR took LCY private for a minimum of 5 years. Will the JV reverse into Bioamber and be publicly traded or will they make a tender offer and take Bioamber private also? Maybe they will take all of these pieces under a private umbrella and do a fresh IPO later??? We don't know.

I hope for the best, but prepared for the moderate. :-)

If the contracts are so valuable why did BioAmber file for bankruptcy?

There is a disconnect between the purported value of the contracts and actual value of the contracts - obviously management did a very poor job in negotiating the contracts or there wouldn't be a bankruptcy.

Yet another fairy tale constructed around one statement by a judge. Know who the "stakeholders or shareholders" were?? It was Crane and their clients, they were pushing for a stay to CCAA to see if they could enforce the contracts. Those contracts are still worthless. Know why? BioAmber is out of business. They can't deliver on their end of the deal at all. Nobody works for them, so who's going to sit Vinmar down and tell them "we're going to supply you?" LOL!!!

Let's read a few more paragraphs of that order, and I highly recommend everyone read it. This one preceded the snippet selected:

These were the discussion of the contracts being asked about. NOTE - The secured creditors, who would have been paid in full if the Crane bunch are correct about the "huge value" the Vinmar contract held for BioAmber, yet they objected to paying for the continuation so those contracts could be further explored/litigated. Those contracts are worthless.

Very well put as it’s been said, “There is something in the name” -
BIOAMBER INC. The name contains the value, that’s where the value is tied to b
The contracts, IP and Patents are along for this ride.
It was mentioned that the BOD must have done a terrible job because of filing the bankruptcy. Maybe the BOD pulled one on us all to unload all of the dead weight that was going to sink the entire company out of existence.
The specific value of the contracts and the NOL’s will be something to see!
Huc made a misstep and the shareholders at that time were obviously compensated. I’m just wondering how it’s going to shake out, however IMO we are gonna reach the valuation pre-CCAA/Bk.
