He said, "We know that our financial stature is modest and we know that we do not currently qualify for any listing on any U.S.-based stock exchange and there can be no guarantee that our common stock will qualify for any stock exchange listing at any time in the foreseeable future." Reading the entire PR would be helpful here. This is all in reference to the acquisition of Intel. They don't "currently" qualify for an exchange because they are still non-reporting. They will not qualify at any time in the foreseeable future because they aren't planning on moving forward until everything is completed. The "small company" statement is in comparison to other companies in the exchange. Some large companies refer to themselves as small companies. Google it.
