That’s the thing. Being we’re not currently audited & left guessing to the underlying assets, it’s really up to the discretion of management, but can be any combination of cash & or stock equivalent under the new share umbrella, could be a 1:1, 1:16, or even 1:10,000, we really don’t know & that’s completely separate from what can be negotiated for the execs, so we’d be vulnerable to their discretion
