The dark and defunct aspect of this is a little unsettling but I think the real tell is that the company wont even update the website.
I am still cautiously optimistic that the deal with EXMT on the beverages is still a thing.
MINE ended up with a billion shares outstanding without any obvious trading activity that I could see. Additionally, EXMT diluted twice recently. If both companies used a portion of those proceeds towards the desired end I think its reasonable to believe that they could produce a product.
If they did, it would launch both companies PPS significantly higher.
Since the companies would both benefit from the ability to raise capital from selling shares at a higher PPS it would be worth the time and money.
