Have to agree. If anyone has the slightest understanding of the potential breakout they would only be adding here. ARTR is the closest thing to a sure major mover because of the trip status and Rhonda's background. MM's are the only ones who have control and would suspect that they have been building a stockpile of shares as we should be doing. GL to all.
