If you look up USMJ you will find it is owned by Savanah East Africa which is wholly owned by Phillip Verges. Do your self a favor and look at Savanah East Africa’s last SEC yearly filing and scroll down towards the end where they get to third party expenses or expenses for third party companies or something like that if you do some research all most all of the third party companies that they payed are owned by Phil so he’s just moving money from one hand to the other at the cost of shareholders if you also research the third party companies they acquired you’ll find they were already owned by Phil as well. Guess how they paid for these awuisitions? Convertible notes which equals major dilution at the cost of the share holders. One other thing WSGF has just got the scene again as a custodian play WSGF was a Phil Verges stock years ago. Well the new CEO of WSGF is Lawerence Bailey he is the Attorney for PURA, KALY, USMJ, and PJET and now CEO of WSGF just one more ticker all tied to good old Phil.
