I don't get it. If the financials were going to be good, there'd be no need for a merger with a start-up. Why would a startup acquire an 8 year old company ? Why couldn't Matthew Morgan join TRTC as CEO and DP take an advisory role? A CEO change alone would have boosted the sentiment of the company infinitely more because it would inspire more hope and stability to the investors. Why a merger that breaks TRTC apart to pieces ?
