LOL, did you notice ACTL was closed down to ridiculous low price "ZERO" (i.e. 0.000001 which is only 1% of 0.0001) by mere 5,000 shares of manipulation sale? How could someone or a MM sell a OTC stock below 0.0001 which is Minimal Marketable price?
Anyway it is still at 0 (i.e. "no bid") x 0.0002 now except the ask is raised from yesterday's 0.0001!
I bet if I present a bid with a few millions shares then I would still wait there forever without any fill at all. How could this be?
I really hope the ask to drop to 0.0001 with at least a few millions shares so that I could Slap all of them out at once!
