excelsiorvision, the reason for the recent NSPX Reverse Split was to create enough stock to cover issuance obligations to remain SEC compliant. If the share price drops to previous levels once again the company will not have enough stock and will have to increase Authorized Shares or Reverse Split again.
The principals of NSPX hold no common stock so they could care less about common shares and shareholders.
