That’s true, they cannot issue new shares without being current. And there has not been any dilution from 2016 until present. The share structure is TA verified and is about the same as the last filing in 2016 before they went dark.
Profit taking today is normal after a run up like this. Ppl that have been holding subs for a long time had a chance to get out with some nice profits today. I hope they realize what they let go tho, anyone who is buying today should do very well in the coming weeks IMO.
I’ve been holding here and still have all my shares, the potential here is massive considering the share structure.
At .015 this sits around $2.5 mil market cap. The company has over $50 mil invested in tech, that’s quite a gap where I come from!
