Im listening to the BNGI cc.

I found it hilarious that CEO Parsan has this thick Caribbean accent then Knowles comes on sounding like Mr. Rogers. Lol

Im halfway thru it.

This Reg-A , im assuming what they mean by the share issuance as being non dilutive. Im guessing they are restricted for a period of time prior to being allowed to be added to the float via open market stock sales?
