We may never know who was responsible for the fake merger filing. It's possible that it came from the other side. But not likely! I think Diprima is to smart for that which he is the one pulling the strings on these 2 tickers. He has gotten away with scamming investors for many years. IMO I think it is a person or group that did it for personal gains. NVSOS has been hacked and fake filings filed many times. Especially the last couple years. The scum bags of the OTC that will do anything to steal peoples money.
What do you know about the stock being suspended? I have no reason to believe this will happened. The issue with PAOG was a clerical error on the part of state of Nevada, and has been corrected. You need to stop trying to create negative stories that have no basis.
