Well then, considering Health Canada's requirement for a license applicant to have a permanent physical address completely built out, buying the building and outfitting it was a risk they had to take to either be in the business or not.
So buying the building wasn't a mistake. Just a huge risk that had to be done.
Now like every other business, they have to sell, sell, sell. Otherwise they'll have a lot of shinely new equipment and freshly painted walls when they have an auction.
