NOTHING FILED BY HHSE IN TEXAS IN THE-JSJ-MATTER

Once again, just more utter bullshit from the sole remaining idiot left standing at HHSE. I just pulled the docket in Texas - nothing has been filed with one day left in the week.

For anyone curious, the motion to withdraw order that was filed and accepted by courts was for HHSE's attorney who wanted nothing to do with them. The order to withdrawal falls just before the summary judgement from the judge finding FOR JSJ and AGAINST HHSE.
