Again, I’m trying to understand if the original poster is basing claims on information that is over two years old, and am still waiting on a response from that person.

To be clear, I understand that I may need to go to state web sites to find the forms you referenced. But I need to understand where the original poster is finding the information for their claims. They told me form 10-Q
