GNCP - CDEL did not fill the three buys this morning, two of which were ETrade retail buys, where CDEL likes to make a market.

Love the legend of the 37,500 share trade.

In order for "Judgement Day", said company needs to release something that brings a spark-lights a fire that brings buyers in.

Problem is,
These consent delays just move people away and creates a bad rep & if/when i happens,
it's just a fizzle.

Mean time, it'll take 2-4 Q's to build a rep back up.
