#65847 RE: cliffvb #65844

Homebuilder pullback may have been caused in part by rising interest rates .... the 30 yr treasury is up from 2.01% in early October to 2.34% yesterday.

I trimmed my positions a few weeks ago and plan to start buying back on further weakness .....

Homebuilders having an excellent start to the year, boosted by falling mortgage rates and a supply shortage - I added to my position in TMHC this morning - forward PE's are still in the 7 to 11 range for most of the group.
