Legitimacy requires full disclosure. Until we see news, financials, or any formal information from the company, UBQU will be nothing but a nothing-special-everyday website trying to sell product. Is JB trying? Yes. But now it feels like a start up company rather than a company that was on Forbes with millions in sales. The hope now is it is the "Phoenix" rising out of the ashes or the "Lazarus" being raised from the dead. Did they blow it or was it the industry and the market that caused us to be where we are at? Maybe JB saw the writing on the wall and is what caused him to make the sell-out dilution decisions he made. Time will tell but it feels like a fading hope right now. If they had anything remotely positive to say, they would have said it. They are trying to create something positive which is the reason for the long silent period. So as I said to JB, either we will see some positive news or just more reasons for the delays. But the third option is we may see some official negative filings. GL
