When you see a SUCCESSFUL FINANCIAL RESTRUCTURE ... THIS IS RARE...

Yes they had to announce R/S and increase in Authorised shares based on PPS as Thier backup plan as all Companies have too..

That doesn't mean they will and is based on votes...

This mean No Bankruptcy and New Big Companies and Big Senior Lenders want to see before making any Agreements...

The Price was under $1 because of a potential Bankruptcy and Now That is OFF The Table and we are CLEAN...
