I agree brother. I would say based on the alteration to the SS here, we are looking at a very possible merger situation. The new officers of the incoming outfit will need some shares.

Given these changes, press must be forthcoming imminently. Watch for news...

David lazar usually issues control block for himself
For example TRD$ had 1.1b shares control block

At least there’s something going on in the works here
