I am going on on a limb and will say that someone has a bid in at much higher than the advertised bid and somehow a few shares get picked off now and then. Not sure why, but I am guessing it has to do with getting a $7 commission on less than a buck worth of stock.
I am guessing the guy doesn't mind, cause he has had that bid in for months now.
