People are selling this stock for a 2-4X flipper's profit. Know why? Because nobody believes the fairy tales about a buyout of an out of business, empty, debt ridden shell company or a side deal that has bypassed the courts and judges even though it would be fraud for it to do so.

How much is this alleged buyout for? What PPS? Is it higher than today's? If it is, why the volume of shares being sold? If it is, why the chorus about today's PPS at all? If the "buyout" (LOL!!!) is such a grand deal, who cares about any day's PPS?

People are selling this stock for what they can get, profiting off a flip right now, because it's going to be cancelled. Everything else is a fairy tale. Pure and simple.
