#1890 RE: LETSWIN2020 #1889

Thanks so Brink acquired ADLI through bankruptcy in 2011. It's possible he just spun out the assets and abandoned the public shell since he never did anything with the public shell after that.

We'll learn more by contacting the Delaware SOS to see if Brink kept the public entity active or not.

Florida has a law that when you do business in their state you need to register that business in Florida regardless of where the business is domiciled (in this case Delaware). But that doesn't change that ADLI is a Delaware business entity (assuming that Brink didn't convert the entity out of Delaware). If he did convert it out I'll know tomorrow when I talk to the DE SOS people.

Even though this one has more teeth that many of the junk pumps that people have been pushing the past few weeks, at this point I don't see enough solid info to support the assumption that Teewinot will ever be merged into the ADLI shell.

ADLI's low float makes it a good stock to push off the pie in the sky idea though so congrats to those that made money here.

I'll see what info I can get from Brink and the DE SOS to help with the DD that people have done here already.
