Share structure , 8 million in assets , 4 million a year in revenues , Penny exempt status , recent filing as it regards to share offerings and leadership purchases , from .10 to .30, all lead me to believe this is a $1.00 PPS stock. They are not moving as quickly as I would like , but think the wait will be worth it.

Received a response from the company as it regards to an email I sent with questions pertinent to the recent filings , debt restructure and private placement . I am very pleased with the response and anticipate an update before the end of the year
