Yeah Dan Byrnes whom is the only director of SRSR took over the company 3 years ago at 2 cents per share.

The stock has dropped over 90% since then, a failed drilling program, Dan Byrnes was indicted and convicted of putting 96% of a pension plan he was trustee of into SRSR and got a fine of $304,000 dollars by the New York Department of Labor; as well Dan Byrnes pilfered $250,000 from his own sister put it into SRSR and a NY court awarded her a $254,000 judgement against Dan.

No PR's, no filings Byrnes is not exactly what you would call a good 'steward' for SRSR's interest.

Blaming others for Dan's transgressions is a joke; when Keevil was running the company the filings were up to date and the drilling was done professionally the stock price was 10 times higher.

You should re-examine your ideas about SRSR and anyways, its irrelevant on this board.
