I think its a bigger picture like FDA guidance and such. Once that is settled I see NASDAQ opening their doors, and sunny days ahead.

I think that is a very logical analysis. FDA gives rule and regs, and then NASDAQ says come on it. Then, we sit back and watch the graph go up day after day, after day, after day . . . and I'll be in my bath tub with cash and taking a bath like Scrooge McDuck!
