XTC is just a subsidiary of Maxcede funding, I do believe. No need to keep focusing on XTC, it is just a temporary paper chase until RM company moves into shell...

I think xtc is temporary. So even if they were a billion dollar company, it still wouldnt matter in the long run. Their business is to place companies into these shells (I think, but am pretty sure).
