Actually Gun, I believe we were promised no RS under the Biocann deal and since that is dead, I would guess so is the no RS promise. So they could do one at anytime.

1 million of gncp shares converted to pdiv 10-1 = 100,000 shares at $1.60 = $160,000 dollars !!!

And none of these investors here own just 1 mill am I right ?
