AH - one could argue it does not fundamentally affect IFMK but it may also be why it ran up from these levels 6 months ago. That was a lot of shares traded - More than the float I would say if you assume the insider that has 50% is not part of the float. A lot of flipping yesterday though. I am riding 1/3 of my position.
