Vision is when Company did reverse could be that shares reduced by new Company coming in and negotiating with previous management to retire shares . But at same time many preferred shares of previous could be eventually coming to market, though reduced conversion share amounts. Then possibly new Company thinking is let everyone’s shares trade , and get all the issued and outstanding into the float , then at some point there will be a reverse stock split , shareholders will be diluted , and new management in control with their preferred shares as well
