Yeah i do not thing Shareholders list changes much becuase companies not just IDAD would have to order NOBO lists or get that info from the transfer agent... It is not a big deal for a non sec reporting company...
I could be wrong and maybe it is only updated once a year on the annual report too...
Something is up here though with IDAD... CERPQ another Lazar i do not own just had the same thing. Their OS went up 50 Million restricted.. Lazar does not just make moves like that unless something is up... Didn't TRDX also have the same happen with a Big Chunk of restricted handed out before merger?
