It isn't like a pizza it is like a plant. Yes you don't have anymore then you started with but if you take a branch and make 4 cuttings you can grow four bushes, if you make 5 cuttings you can grow five bushes and end up with a much higher yield. Depends on how strong that soil is it is planted in.

In most cases I think he's right .....

In this case, he hasn't bothered to verify what the company does and what just happened. He's speaking in general terms, not necessarily aimed at IBCX. I agree with him in general, but it's hardly fair to IBCX to use them in his analogy.

My response to BillM @ Fool.com

I just read your article above and while I agree that many small microcaps really do use these splits as ploys I believe that there is a brewing story here.

Currently the IBAC's market cap is just over $2MM. This is a company that owns two restaurant properties a couple of hotels and just purchased a golf course (non-dilutive).

I suggest you do a little due dilligence before blasting a stock like this. Remember you referenced outback in your article, so why not categorize this as a possible outback play as the Company does intend to franchise their Sanibel Steakhouses.

BTW, yeah, I know we heard before, but A/F are soon to come out and it would be interesting to see their assets compared with their market cap.

This of course just all IMHO.

Lets talk in a couple of weeks.
