You mean CBD being legal?

Did the 2018 Farm Bill legalize CBD?
The 2018 Farm Bill that overwhelmingly passed in the U.S. Senate has now become law. For hemp growers and CBD-product manufacturers the big news is hemp will no longer be equated under drug laws with its psychotropic cousin, marijuana (19 dec. 2018)

Is CBD legal in all 50 states?
While hemp-derived CBD is legal in all 50 states, CBD derived from marijuana, is not legal federally. The issue, therefore, of where CBD is legal is largely determined by the source of the CBD. CBD made from 'marijuana' with high levels of THC, is only legal if your state has legalized marijuana (29 jan. 2019)

So the answer is, yes BIEI's products are legal in all 50 states, because they're hemp-derived. But BIEI's problem is not whether it's CBD/Hemp-products are legal, their problem is they have no clue about marketing and selling products. On top of that they've run out of cash. That's why Hartmans' daughter Heidi is transforming the "naturesownpainrelief.com" website into "hemphealthstation.com". But even if she ever succeeds in doing so they will never sell. No cash, no marketing strategy, no brains.

Sounds like a scam to get malware/spyware into your computer.
