Well do tell.. My Due Diligence is Only able to find out that there is no reason at all to buy MMBF. Secretary of state filing updated in October of 2018, and a Proxy vote for a reverse split back in January. That's it, No actual verification that the transfer agent was paid anything recently. Zero connection to Any company merge. Nothing!
So if you have truly found anything that gives one a reason to buy, do tell!
